Franklinisp; I'm with you but what I have (shares) is nothing compared to you. I have been wanting to buy more but I'm concerned about a R/S so I sit and wait. I have a few concerns/"Q"s.

"Q" by doing this will it reduce the chance of a R/S because it would raise the PPS?
I know they have a large o/s.

My other concern is that I also trade through Scottrade and I would be pissed if they wouldn't allow me to place a limited sell order at what price I wanted.
I'm into this stock at 0045 and if they wouldn't allow me to at least place a sell at that PPS, I think I'll be changing companies or asking for my certificates.
IMO; That tells me that they could be lending out my shares to shorters (sho list) who in turn are cutting my throat by keeping the PPS down. NOT GOOD!

I'm new at this so am I wrong in my thinking/opinion?

P.S. I'm willing to put in a sell order at 003 if you think it will help. I'll watch the PPS during the day and as the PPS goes higher, I'll move my order higher. Will that work?

franklinisp, thanks for your information about how locking up shares forces the MM's out of their hand. I am restricted on how high I can place the sell order, but in order to lock up the shares, I see this as the only short term alternative decision I can execute.

Thanks for the information about Ameritrade too. Tomorrow afternoon I'll call Scottrade to request an increase in the limits for sell orders.

GLTUA!
