I SUSPECT THAT THE SEC STAFF ARE NO LONGER WATCHING PORN............

It may be prudent to post complaints and evidence to the SEC where it just may do some good in cleaning up these PINKY MARKETS for the future.

I recently received my letter on the SEC filings on ARNA, which shows that the system does work and that puffery, etc., etc., etc. will be prosecuted.

Obviously each case is up to the SEC and the courts to decide on. This is why we have a legal system. My suggestion is to use it!
