I don't think it has anything to do with being slick or not slick.

IMO they are deliberately vague. If they had details of contracts and agreements which meant anything SIGNIFICANT,the company would provide this info to you to support the statements in their releases. To me this is just common sense,as it is from here that an investor can make an albeit speculative, but somewhat informed decision.

It does not take a slick PR Firm to provide facts aka true information about the various activities, accomplishments and failures of the company, just honest management.

Drummond125, you make these BS Releases sound like they are demonstrative of good frugal management(because they are not blowing money on a PR Firm,and I sorry, but I am not buying it!

Do you actually believe that a company which is supposedly capable of putting together complex M & A Agreements, does not have the wherewithal or capacity to write a Press Release? How do they do business plans, or Offers on these companies? Do Offers and Agreements not contain any terms and conditions,which JUST MAY be relevant to investors, and whatever happened to those promised financials anyway - perhaps deemed also irrelevant?
