2...... On my quote system, NITE has been and usually is by far the most active MM. Was on the ask most all day yesterday, and is the lead on the ask this am.

If these people are not doing illegal naked short selling then they are using shares in YOUR margin accounts to work against YOU. They are borrowing YOUR shares to short YOUR stock. I would encourage anyone that has ERHE shares in a margin account to immediately move them to a cash account. I can tell you that when shareholders of HDY started doing this en masse, the share price went way up. I can't say with any certainty that this was reason, but I can say it sure as hell didn't hurt and I believe it made a difference.

By the way, those that don't think you can short this stock and don't think any shares are sold short, you should think again. I believe they can and they are.
