I honestly do not know the total number of outstanding shares, but we are not the only ones looking at this stock. Breaking Bulls actually believe this stock is about to Jump. I honestly don't know but looks like news maybe on the horizon.

I disagree. If they were to announce that they/management are lowering the A/S count down from 100 billion to 50 billion or so, this thing would pop! I believe that the float/OS is far, far less than the A/S count. In addition, I think Raley and Watford are holding 30 billion shares or so.

They could voluntarily return 20 billion shares and retire them. That too would make it pop. A couple of press releases announcing the above would move this stock ATLEAST 5-fold.

Of course,it would take some sort of dilution/share reduction as mentioned above.
