It did not move due to the buying restrictions placed on this stock. If TDAmeritrade did not restrict the sales of HESG nor some big trading platforms like Etrade force call-ins to buy this security, then the volume would have been substantial enough to get the price moving.

Due to these limitations, it will take longer for this to run, but I believe it will happen and quite soon! GL,
