" NO mention of these issues from the SEC's investigation" - <start sarcasm> I understand the SEC has not finished their investigation...in fact they are never likely to be finished...so one would have to say that he may well be correct, but we will never know, if referenced to the geologic time scale...the Madoff investigation took 18 years...but they always get their man in the end. To bad about all the investors that lost everything in the meantime, but then the SEC doesn't care about that...just as they don't care about us.
Why? It's not illegal for insiders to sell shares offshore...nor is it illegal to issue shares against debts. It only becomes an issue when you file bogus filings or file bogus press releases about non-existant operations.
Once you become revoked, the chance of the SEC ever going back to investigate actual insider share transactions is slim and none
