Scottrade DID put my sell in for a buck by phone about a week ago.

~!~ That may be a false statement. Scottrade by its own rules does not allow a sell order above a magnitude of .001 spread on a penny or sub penny for the 10 years they have been my broker. I've been at the office and tried and they said even if I had a full service heavily deposited account they still may not accept that trade depending on the market tier or lack of for any partiacular stock. It doesn't matter if you used a phone or had delivered by camel.
