the financing is either there or it's never coming at this point - imho. it's doubtful it's a "foreseeable future" thing at this point. it's probably ("hopefully") why there was such a struggle for control other than many wondering if there is just a misappropriation of corporate (shareholder) funds that caused the struggle for control. there are 2 here in IPWG, not just one, that have done more with their misinformation campaign and general surreptitiousness to destroy faith in this stock and require that ANY pr by this company is met with more skepticism than ever now. The delay in the wire and the excuses is reprehensible and incredibly damaging to their credibility.
