Chinese New Year and Spring Festival are two most important traditional holidays in China.

People in those days set aside money for gifts, decorations, food and clothing. They decorate doors and windows with red paper and printed with wishes for the coming year such as "happiness", "health" and "longevity".

When night comes all people are waiting for fireworks. The tradition of Chinese New Year is similar to Christmas in the Christian people, because you can forget all the bad things in the past year, and we sincerely wish happiness, health and peace to all.
