In football there is Monday morning quaterbacking, second guessing after the game. But you guys have invented a new game,Tea Leaves quaterbacking, guessing before the game. How many of you mods are lawyers? ,corperate lawyers?? Your making me dizzy with your if, come, maybe.You are preaching to the choir.We are the ones who probably doubled our positions, and ran this thing up to .18cents, on your pumping.At this point, this is not a 90-10 sure thing. At best its 50-50 This is the same court that gave this guy a 100mill judgement against us. His position is a billion for me, nothing for you.He ain't folding.

Someone has to do it. I also appreciate your level head and rational, objective tone, not to mention your depth of knowledge.

I too think we will prevail and that we are in a better spot than we have been since ... well, since before I invested in the company. I know we can rid the company of Diac, the only question in my mind is the price.

But now, back to work.
