It all depends on the news. As J36 stated, the CEO has informed (verbally) of pending revenue news. The $0.30 PPS was based on a $48M order with the Chinese and an O/S of 500M. With the O/S now at 650M, I would expect somewhere in the $0.05+ range with a solid order on the books.
It just all depends on the news. It's totally up to the company at this point, but to put out a PR like they did last Wednesday tells me it's great news. If it's a great PR and with the way this stock moves it will get exciting fast.
