What Hype? Never seen so many people buy into an abstract fear in the face of common sense and statements by ELCR representatives.

This reverse split thing is really not a component right now that merits so much concern. Reports on this board are not hype... I have seen negative & a little positive but absolutely no hype recently...JUST FACTS as given by ELCR & or their reps.

Mr_Breeze, concerning a reverse split...

A reverse split should not be on the horizon for ELCR from what I was told by the company. I have seen stranger things and have been lied to before, but I guess we will just have to wait and see.

I think that if they were going to do a reverse split, they would have done one before the 8-K just recently filed on Oct 13, 2010 where a deal was struck for 5,493,283,355 shares of its common stock to seven note holders to reduce its notes payable by approximately $510,745:

It just seems like if they had plans to reverse split, they would have done the reverse split first, then struck the deal above. It just would not make sense, in my opinion, to issue those shares for a deal and then reverse split them knowing the actual and psychological effects it would bring to the stock. That would seem very unethical to the seven note holders as it would appear to be more fair if a deal would have been struck after a reverse split if one was really planned.

To me, that's why I would like to think that we are safe from a reverse split. Hopefully the company is not trying to trick us to believe something like a reverse split won't happen by issuing the note holders such a huge amount of shares where if they were decreased by a reverse split ratio, it would still capture a significant amount in proportion to what the new OS would be. These are things we just won't know until the company shows its hand more.

Again, like I said, I have seen stranger things, but for now, I will continue to hold and actually look for the right news to possibly add at these levels.
