the obo & nobo and the suit against holders showed enough. this isnt rocket science. i dont know what all megas has done but i know for one i have been economically harmed by the very corrupt & vile DTCC. and i intend to do something about it.
So the Massive short argument is not valid? That's fine, I am over that. NSS is a fact of life that IMO the SEC or whoever is powerless to stop. But there are exsiting forged Certificates in someones wharehouse that are spoken for through beneficial ownership by us lowly investors. These certificates were proven in court to be Forged and cleared for trading by the DTCC then sold.......
As I have stated all along, if this forgery involved any company on the a REAL exchange it would have been very quckly and quietly resolved.
