I am going to call him and get this information for

you. My own opinion though is the OTCQX will never
happen. I think he will obviate that in favor of
Nasdaq eventually.

GG, I don't think (just my opinion) is that the OTCQX is not going to happen either but I really do believe it was Alex's intention to go there. He has always had really big plans and although he is conservative, I think that Steve who he got involved with encouraged him a little too much and he fell into it all.

He has sales. I had posted pictures of an install in 2007. I don't know how many other's he has but he had that. He also has not diluted during the last couple years as the PR that stated what the OS, AS and float is did not change for the last couple years.

I also believe that he's getting contracts in from the Baptist churches.

Will he get to the $670K projected rev's this year that came out in the PR? Truthfully, I don't think he will get that high but if he gets half that this year, I will be very happy! That will allow him to get his manufacturing up to par for next years orders, put a little money into getting the stop sign off and if it was up to me, spend the money to get the financials audited and a DAD to back him so that he becomes transparent like he really would like to do.

Alex is this. Very dedicated, wants to look out for his shareholders (he has lots of family in this) and wants to make his company succeed. He's small so unfortunately he has to basically do it by himself. Some day he will succeed and as I've always said, if he doesn't RS us like he has said he won't until possibly in the pennies, I'll stick with it as long as I have to.

Where are we headed in the future? He's getting noticed finally. That's will allow him to get more interest in the products. I think 2011 will be the best year ever for the company, IMO.
