Ok.............from my conversation with Matt a few weeks ago, he is staying on board and was finding it very difficult to deal with the lease back or money for the leases....! (ACLY) giving the back and forth of money and/or leases! Most likely the stall tactic???

Now, looks like push will come to shove on Matt part as he is just as frustrated with this whole deal as any of us that are in this stock.

Now, having said that.........what's up with going back to STOP??? Only as masc said, not filing the quarterly! Am I missing something??? Maybe Matt can enlighten us?

Is it that RP is still the one to put out this....or have some control over the quarterly?? Don't know, Matt where are we at with this?

Or, what is the problem that we are going back to STOP from! Some info will help here!!!
