if all of a sudden you are feigning innocence on the SKLAR and DAVE YOUNG record than i can only assume you are purposely trying to obfuscate factual past information on their record and perhaps misleading investors by all your past posts?in any case as we say everything comes out in the wash.glty

and with all the delays here are you now suggesting EATR is a sale
when in fact the company pr has suggested a SPINOUT.never mind that the old WINMAX-EATR PR suggested a sale...imo are you confused?it seems to me there is an ongoing filtering of confusing information here.i suggest you read all the past prs for WNMX-EATR than you may have a better understanding of all the mixed messages here.imo
