Lecere Corporation announced that Eagle II Consulting, LLC, has been engaged to provide the services of Casey Powell as an Executive Management Consultant. Mr. Powell will join CEO Jim Morris as a member of Lecere's Senior Management Team. Mr. Powell will focus his immediate attention on the establishment of a contractual relationship with the Department of Defense for cloud-computing technology as applied to Just-in-Time (JIT) inventory management.

Sounds to me as if any DOD contact was informal. Casey Powell is no longer with Lecere. The DOD thing seems to be over. Jim needs to get EasySite123 up and rolling...
