Unless the rig is ordered VERY soon, it won't be part of the initial drilling. There isn't enough time to buy it, ship it, inspect it, get it on site and drill ahead of the MRT deadline.

Better hope that they didn't burn too many bridges with regional drillers along the way... cuz it looks like they will need one of them to salvage the schedule here. jmo
