posting in this venue .. i'm
talking about individuals who
hold the bulk of exph's shares
they aren't *HERE*

as i said yesterday .. if i'm WHINING
24/7 .. i'm in way over my head .. notice
I and others aren't .. just one of the reasons
why i'll take no volume *done* on exph from now
till *clarity* aka transparency is fully known

that is confidence in one's DD .. but even
that doesn't matter since i don't control
anything where the co. is concerned except
whether i buy .. sell .. or hold my exph shares

as i've said all along .. i look forward to
clarity and folks who want to be out of EXPH
selling above their cost basis

it's the time frame that is the unknown

but as one who has run the gamut of time frames
on all legit co.s that range from pk to what used
to be known as the otc bb to the amex to the nyse
to the naz ~ it is what it is and it comes when it comes

and all the comments being posted won't matter one iota
when clarity is known .. the irony there is even then
it won't be enough .. but then it's clear to me that
isn't the choice desired at all ~ which is why i come
back to risk vs. reward/realistic time frames/macro
environment and a former mgmt team not understanding
the toxic cesspool that is the US OTC MARKET

to say nothing of the *opportunities* presented by
organized efforts utilizing other arenas *daily*

but the facts pertaining to volume and factually false posts
utilized to generate volume can't be so easily *discounted*

I wonder what you can DD that is of value.

Does anybody actually know who the new CEO is? Nope!

Does anybody know who the retailer is that this product will be sold by? Nope!

Does anybody actually know what the 2010 revenues and p/L is? Nope!

Did anybody's past DD conclude with the miserable 2009 financials and refute JD's predictions? If not, can you really call it solid DD?

I find it interesting how *DD* is thrown about implying that actual due diligence and analysis has been conducted through independent research and validation when we all know that none has been because the company has not been forthright in the data. Wishful thinking, hope and opinion, and even research into the general industry is not DD as none actually pertain directly to this company, this management team, and the public's view of THEIR products. Not every cell phone maker was a success, not every medical device maker was a success, and not every sponge manufacturer was a success. some are actually failures and so far this cabinet maker has not shown any reason to believe they are not a failure as well.
