I do sincerely appreciate your postings both in content and adherence to decorum :-)

And yes, we respectfully disagree. I come to my conclusion based on meeting New York's State Facility Permit requirement...

but yes I do also peripherally consider the Oregon model and what logic I glean from their process.

Overall in the big scheme of things this is just a minor time extension. By no means do I think JBI will not get a permit based on what I have read-- just may take a little more time to get it.
