worst case scenario, if the funds are not being used appropriately, the land is being used to build a personal home or something to that effect, which can happen as there is a lack of exposure and over-sight regarding what the company is actually physically doing. That reason I do not prefer to get into oversea's stocks, because their is not a strong way to verify the company's activities. This is also the same risk with otc stocks as the level of company exposure is less than large companies. E-mails and 'call me's are an excuse for communication and does not follow FD Regulations, which has been pointed out.
