That's not the issue grapeman. Facts just get in the way sometimes.
The issue is promoting that Barnett is doing everything (even those things he isn't doing) for the shareholders. Given the other obvious facts also, I would conclude this is one on those "If I say it enough, It will be taken as true" things. Not this PARTICULAR example, but that Barnett is the guardian of the shareholder. That would imply that we have a generous dictator rather than a self-serving one. What people don't want to argue is that it doesn't matter...He could not and can not be a dictator at all.
