The trademark opposition extension is good until October 27th. The legalities maybe sorted out and the trademark approval paperwork is in the pipeline but I can find nothing in writing yet.

I really didn't think PomWoderful had much of a contest they have their own problems anyway right now with regard to advertising stuff about their products that has no scientific backing.....

I don't think the name Pompis which we all know what it stands for is anything close to PomWondeful

I wouldn't imagine that MH's lawyers would allow them to start bottling if a legal challenge still existed in the courts.

Doesn't PomWonderful have something to do with pomegranates? From looking at Pompis Energy's FB page I see Pompis's (rear ends) not pomegranates...lol

The can graphics are custom designed for each manufacturer and more difficult to change versus the old days when they just slapped a sticky label on a bottle.
