This really is an interesting debate on major versus minor. Seriously good stuff.

But am I the only one that finds it a tad amazing they have not even filed the application yet? I mean it is great that they are in meetings and pre-meetings and have built bleachers and government officials are doing back handsprings, but two months later and NO application even filed?? Even by JB standards this is whacked.

Finally, I do think the DEC website is accurate and will use that to track progress.
