DOES IT GIVE YOU GREAT CONFIDENCE TO KNOW that the dilution monster is 12 months away? (wow...crazy logic)

get real... company printed over 100+ millon dilutive shares re:lawsuit,now they lavishly "gift" themselves excessive amount's IMO of MORE free dilutive shares.(they could have at least showed some respect,and informed the shareholders in advance; as a matter of courtesy ahead of time.

How in the world are all these excessive gift shares for the good ole boy network "good,and in the best interest of shareholders? (I read the filing twice..and couldn't find that explanation)

Who cares that's restricted for 1 year ..dilution is coming..no?

The knife will eventually drop on our heads..as always.

Who will buy this crappy stock in the meantime,if they have guranteed dilution any day,not just from alpha..then 12 months possibly form management? Are we all blinded by hope....no?

Nothing wrong with being hopefully..but sometimes you gotta get real.

Yes move on, but the stock doesnt seem to be picking up. I can understand that Briscoe wants to earn as well, at least I hope so that is the case. But they are really not well at handeling PR. Since July there hasnt been any good news and what I really hope for is, that JV will be completed soon, whith whoever, bec I dont think this will go up without any 100% positive news. And they have so many things working f them, but always put out stuff that is not working f the shareprice.
