Of course there's a reason...

More than 90 days have passed since the debt was purchased, and suddenly people inside the company want their shares issued. The shares are restricted and the folks who have the best and most current information want their shares issued now.

This is somehow a bad thing? Dilutive of course, but it also says they expect the shares to be worth something does it not? These are the people inside the company. They don't wait for NR-97 or fret about who pees on the carpet at Ihub.

the lawsuit is over. settled. now they can issue themselves a "salary" and get on with the show.

i really don't think there's anything extraordinary about these options. we knew ages ago they planned to issue them, and now the transactions are being implemented.

even if these options are designed to provide paid in capital to go debt-free, this is still something they could have been planning when the options were first issued a few months ago.

this all seems very straightforward to me.

probably because this has been dalayed for some time now, what a better time to finalize than during a quite period? this has no affect on the pps due to limitations on executions of shares jmo
