As we have disclosed in our annual and quarterly SEC filings, we have over the last several months been in serious negotiations with one of our early investors, Yorkville Advisors Global Investments, LP (f/k/a Cornell Capital Partners, LLP). No final agreement has yet been reached, but we hope that such can be reached very soon

Arne still has very strong ties with and works with Syrei so that relationship is ongoing and will benefit Ariel Way once this all gets aired out with the stockholder in question.

This high volume could be a strong signal IMVHO. It's happened before and nothing moved... however, this amount of accumulation is significant and can only mean 'interest' from somebody. (again, IMVHO)
