IMO it is just plain WRONG..in light of what they did to the share price because of their messing up shareholder value..80 million shares ..

What are you talking about? This is merely a formality. They issued themselves warrants back in August. This was to pay the officers for their work they have been doing over the past several years. This is old news.

I can't even believe you are suggesting that the directors of this company WORK FOR FREE for over 3 years.

So what if there was a mistake. As has been pointed out many times before, this company was in dire straits to raise capital to maintain the claims. There were not banks lending to ANYONE.

Now I had a disagreement with another person on this board (don't remember who it was at this moment), he or she said that money was available by Private banking etc...I begged to differ as I worked at a VERY LARGE institution and I SAW HOW TIGHT THINGS WERE.

Now, with that being said, Briscoe went to Alpha and Platinum to keep the claims alive. He worked tirelessly to continue what he could do. He brought on other directors with LITTLE in the way of money except the promise of better things to come.

Those boys on the company board are not small potatoes.

In my humble opinion, the shares are due to them and they deserve every single one.

I don't have nearly that many, but I am going to be just fine when this comes to be....BRISCOE is a genius geologist, read his backdground.

Those are my thoughts, you are entitled to yours, but I along with many other's here will disagree with you whole-heartedly on behalf of Briscoe.
