Absolutely. My last paragraph to you said:

That's been a pet peeve of mine, when I've seen some people think that millions of dollars of sales will be recorded on EI's financial statements, as soon as Matthews kicks in. The only part EI will be able to record as sales will be their license fees.
I'm just wondering about how it would play out in reality....that's why I was trying to figure out what "wholesale" would represent, as it applies to EI and Matthews. I know what the concept of "wholesale" is, but not in the context of these two companies. That's why I asked. Wasn't trying to be a smarta$$....really.
