I have every right to post and to expose a lousy company. If you want to buy this stock, you must have money to burn. Molen needs to be professional and execute a defined business plan that creates value for shareholders. I see no value being created and regarding Mr. Chew he is not too worried about the court order since due process stills needs to be carried out . Vega needs to post what they are spending to attack Mr. Chew. After all, it is investors money that could go to dividend payments. I guess there will never be dividends because Vega is a development stage company.

Dear VegaOriginal, I am not bashing Molen. Molen is just taking advantage of investors who believe in a fad but do not research their investments. It is buyer beware. I am just stating facts about a company that doesn't meet any criteria to be a serious company. Hence, do not invest in Vega stock. Money is being transfered to people who have absolutely no intention to build a viable operational company with assets, employees and cash flow. According to a fellow investor, for the court order to be valid, Mr. Chew needs to be divulging confidential information which he is not doing. Mr. Chew is using his common sense and work experience to come to a conclusion that VEGA IS A COMPLETE SCAM. Other than posting Molen's and his lawyers cell number so that invetsors can contact Molen, no confidential information has ever been divulged. Using Molen's press releases and articles on the internet, it is easy to come to the right conclusions. Molen did press releases using Mr. Chew's name with his approval. That is, Molen used Mr. Chew's name to PUMP THE STOCK by giving his company some undue credibility. This is unethical.

Only investors who lost money can take Molen to court. I have suffered no loss other than a small consulting contract was not honored which is not worth paying a lawyer for. Investors who were scammed can sue for fraud if they want to.
