Seriuos question here..Why even bother with a R/S when you can't sell the shares you have now? Did you notice the no bid? The only thing that a R/S would accomplish is having more shares that you can't sell, IMHO.
Unless they R/S and retire the shares and lower the A/S count then it is pointless, IMHO.
What they need to do is actually deliver on something at this point because shareholder confidence is ZERO..
