Yet it means nothing when they have made it clear "ALL" assets will be acquired. Yes there will quite possibly a shell sitting here soon. You can call it whatever you like, a company, sure, but it will be nothing more than shell likely.

you need a 200%+ gain to get to the point the PR was written.
you need a 350% gain to get to the the open house pps.
you need a 1000% gain to get to the when BNPD contract for millions was first announced.

i dont think the particulars on the wording are going to erase the giant loss plaguing most.

Tikasun------ Can anyone give me some knowledge regarding the acquisition of BNPD buying BEHL ??? Looking at this post number 101716 it states " the BEHL shareholders will receive a 10 to 1 stock dividend of BNPD."

Am I trying to make too much out of this statement? Today BNPD closed down 0.0001 to 0.0051. Reading this why did BEHL go down and why has it been going down for the last 2 weeks? I am an old man, age 76 and have had strokes BUT this situation seems like it should be very simple.
