Ok, and as they have done in the past when things do not come out like they PRed, it is typically worded in a manner that they did not find it in their favor to continue down that route. Things like RWE or the Palm Springs land deal and so on. They can change their mind at anypoint, you have no idea on what will happen to this shell. The only known is that things will not be the same here soon, and it is purely speculative that it will turn out good for current shareholders.

Trend indicates it will not be good for current shareholders.

What a joke! This is a six month process at the very least IMO. And I doubt they have even initiated an audit which can take several months by itself. Good luck to all.

1) Audited financial's have to accompany any S-1 submission to the SEC.
2) The SEC can take up to 90 days to review and approve an S-1 application.
3) The assignment of a Market Maker and final trading approval can take another 30-60 days.

These people are masters at complicated falsehoods intended to confuse the ignorant.
