Boy, haven't read The Far Side in years. I think I recall that, though, lol. Gary Larson, I believe, wrote those.
Kemo Sabe was supposed to mean 'trusty scout' or 'faithful friend'. There have been numerous/humorous interpretations. In Spanish, 'qui no sabe', which means 'he who knows nothing'.
In the original series, both Tonto & the Lone Ranger refer to each other as Kemo Sabe (which now, for me, has a strange cancer-sounding similarity to chemo.) :-/

Boomerang Systems, Inc. at its meeting of its stockholders approved the appointment of Kevin M. Cassidy and Anthony P. Miele, III as directors to hold office until the company's next annual meeting of stockholders and until their respective successors are elected and qualified. The share holders approved a proposal to amend the Company's Certificate of Incorporation to increase the number of post one-for-twenty-eight reverse stock split shares of common stock the Company is authorized to issue from 7,142,857 shares, after reflecting the reduction in shares authorized as a consequence of the reverse stock split, to 15,000,000 shares.
