will she be able to answer. nor would she be inclined to.
She's more interested in lining up a victim list to bolster her case. Anything else is just more work for her.
I do applaud you for trying. I wish more would pick up the phone because occasionally you'll catch someone on a good day ( or on their way out to a new job) and have them more inclined to talk.

You might want to ask her about the possibility of shareholders getting some reimbursement out of the SEC "Fair Fund" after Sand disgorges his il gotten gains. ;-)
(something tells me though that if Sand was bright enough to not own the house he lives in, that those millions are going to be MIA)
