LOL.... Another 23 hours and 58 minutes and.... WOW!!! Excuse me for a moment as I bask in your brilliant and well thought out BASH.

HMMMMMMMMMM..... Wouldn't it benefit the JDZ (did you mean JDA?) more if they "went against" an extension to Phase 1 by requiring the operators to commence with Phase 11???

Could there be some sort of reason for such a decision? Possibly a reason backed by confidential/specific information combined with, I don't know, some sort of compelling and "time consuming" roll out strategy (hence the extension) provided by the operators???

Follow the money, my friend, and focus on the fact that "time IS money"..... or shall I say (in this case) the "preservation of time IS money"!!!

Now don't let your ego feed on this little bit of attention too fast, we wouldn't want your head to POP..... :-) LOL
