Thanks Dew. That was a tough one. But what a Series!

I have to admit that Rally Monkey is pretty funny, and seems to be a great rallying point for the Angels' fans and a reliable late-inning motivator for the Angels themselves. But man, that pesky primate is starting to get on my nerves! LOL.

Hope it works out the same for the visiting team in today's Game 7 as it did for the Reds in '86 after getting the wind knocked out of 'em in Boston in Game 6 that year.

I don't have the feeling that last night's loss was confidence-shattering by any means. You just gotta tip your hat to the Angels. Spiezio's home run was off a good pitch; he just reached down and got enough of it to get it out. Is he on fire or what? Still, to be ahead 5-0 with nine outs to go and then see the other team score 6 unanswered runs and suddenly snatch a championship away from you, when it seemed right there for the taking, is pretty tough. We'll see tonight what kind of intestinal fortitude we can expect from the Giants. It's a veteran team with some pretty strong characters. Maybe Bonds'll step up, if he's given half a chance.

But most of all, we gotta do somethin' about that damn monkey!
