I can not speak for the governing body on what a CEO can get away with in a public company. I am hopeful if the "discovery of major short position" turns out that BEHL was selling into that pr and put out that pr for the benefit of selling shares as opinioned by the governing body, then we should see a wells notice on MR. Fishers desk. But that would certainly take some time before the investment community actually hears about it.
