2Late- In theory your posts make sense, but it is more evident by the second that all parties involved (SEC, DTCC,etc) simply will not provide shareholders w/ justice here. They will simply stonewall this into oblivion...

I assume when you say "locked in entitlements" you are referring to Megas providing value to the company shares and we get paid via some sort of settlement? If that is the case we will be here for another 10 years....
