Well, I do nkow for a fact that there's no way that one ticker symbol can be trading at two different prices.

And I'd bet just about anything that any post 9/3 shares are not all of a sudden going to 50x their current value (a 50 bagger, if you will... ;-))

The wording in the filing is confusing, I'll admit.
