Chri, no such thing as a stupid question here....well, unless you're from south Jersey.
Let's put it this way...if Auric only has HALF of what Whit has projected in his presentation from July 2009 then the property will be valued in the $400M to $500M range. Assuming W&W owns 55% then that adds about $250M value to ITRO. The current market cap is under $5M. That would mean ITRO would be about $50/share. Let's assume Whit has to quadruple the O/S to raise additional funding...that still puts the pps around $12.50, right?
This is what I'm talking about when I freak out about Auric not being valued into ITRO. The numbers are staggering. Whit just won't say boo about it. Why? hmmmmmmmmm :-| I'm not going to speculate. I'll leave that up to you guys.
