Yes you are so right. I would be selling if I had your shares. PPS is looking really bleak. I might buy your shares at a discount since they are not worth much.
Imposter Doc W, there's no way for any shareholder to make any assessment yet. We simply do not have enough info. Could be good or bad but usually deals are beneficial to both parties one way or another. Looks to me like the unknown company gets a good size piece of the Auric pie (25%) while Whit gets funding, shares, and possibly more. Nobody really knows from the PR.
