Well, the company lied about his future involvement. Strike one. Ault's tenure with the company in the past has been nothing but a series of multiple business venture failures. Strike two. Besides racking up 12.5 Million in debt, he's also racked up a bunch of fraud litigation against him from business partners, board members, shareholders and other businesses. Strike three.
