I would say that they are being smart by holding down their costs anyway they can. Out in the field visiting customers and getting new contracts signed. Anyway I think that is BEHL's main line.
Yes that is so cute isn't it. Not even bothering to cover their tracks any more. Keep it in the family, pump the story and make money selling shares not products. Haven't checked in for a long time but it seems that investors have finally seen through the PR's and are valuing BEHL at what it is really worth - the next increase in A/S (has to come soon - someone watch sunbiz.org) should cause the drop to .0005 and below IMO. At what pps do they shut the doors? Can't be far off now.
