I hear ya. Its just frustrating when the rules are different for different people. Being in the industry, the street word is SPKLs relationship with their previous vendors were severed because of the inability to make timely payments. this is street word, so i will not back this, just report it.As investors, we must make our own assesments. I want to make money, so i will align with the key execs at their stock prices. But I would be a fool if i thougth the genuine value was there. In other words, my finger is on the sell button if there is any short term pop. the financing will last thru 2012, but how about the ability to pay it back??
