So we may have a different court case to care about hmm..

Any enforcement proceedings taken by the BCSC against the Company in respect of these debt wrap transactions or any other transactions entered into by the Company could have a material adverse affect on the Company and could lead to the Company ceasing its operations.

Scuba I noticed they removed the 2010 information from their website. Merle just leads us on imo. Do you think this is over for us? I knew something was not right but you caught it. Thanks for the information.

Hey Scuba I read your first sentence to believe you found recent bcsc review on 10-06-2010. ( you meant 10-06-2009 correct? ) Now I do agree with grab this is information way back and the company must think they have a chance at revocation or they would not went this far. I hope its a full revocation instead of a partial or it won't benefit us at all. It will just allow the company to settle with the loan sharks.
