from your numbers, MB Consulting owned 2.73 billion shares (or 87%) of ATPT which were aquired by EnergyOne. That means the total share count was 2.73 billion divided by 0.87 or 3.14 billion shares -- close to the recent published number.

The difference of 410 million shares are in the hands of ATPT shareholders who may be presently dumping them in the market. That means we have many more trading sessions to do before the dumping is over.
