Jack, these guys take it to a greater level. They not only constantly complain about the company and its management,
but they desire to crucify any shareholder who would
dare to speak positive about the company on this and
other boards.

If I were them, I would not want to hold stock in the conmpany.

But just think, of the 1000 plus shareholders, there is only
about a half dozen of them. You know how it goes, a couple
of rotten potatoes seems to make the whole sack smell bad.

There are some positive things coming soon, lets set back
and watch them then.

I doubt if new share buyers will be a problem.

What has management done to inspire confidence?
When will they file SEC reports so "OUTSIDERS" can find out what the have been doing?
Are they so ashamed of their performance they won't make it public?
Could anybody have have harmed CVIA/WTCH more than management by being secretive about what's going on with the company?
Is there ever any information about the company other than an aquisition or merger that failed with little or no explanation?
How do you figure they are looking for new investors?
What step have been taken to get new investors interested?
Can a stocks price be increased by management who doesn't appear to give a rats butt about the image they have with present investors let alone new ones?
Your toying with words to goad and get some more crap started is taking sides and not the place of a moderator, so give us some positives to replace the negatives or just go back to lurking!!!!

There are two major reasons stock prices do what they do: profits and interest rates.

Greenspan helped with the interest rates. What has management done about creating profits?

Once again, I'm asking a serious, fair minded question.

Reasons for complaining -

management has made it worthless so there's nothing much lose

by complaining maybe we might actually force management to do something meaningful

Don't you think that for some that those are justified reasons to bitch, bash and complain?
