IF the IPO will happen this year, and the cutoff at least one month before, I bet it will happen this month or beginning of November.
Will KH wait until the €300M deal is done?
That is the big question...

IMO, SDVI will announce the cutoff date soon, and then wait until the big deal is done to announce the IPO price range.
There will be a BIG difference announcing an IPO at €0.90-€1.10 range without the deal, or at €6-€7 range with the deal done.
ALL THESE IPO PRICE RANGES ARE JUST IMO.
